Janice Ryan Young

Janice has a passion for friendship and building relationships.  As such, residential Real Estate is the perfect medium to live out her passion as a Real Estate professional.  She enjoys drawing on her relationship skills to help clients resolve their current housing needs whether it be simply selling or buying. Then there are those urgent, distressful situations involving real estate such as facing foreclosure, probate or major repairs.  Here, quick resolution can be paramount where investors with fast, all cash offers could be the logical choice.  Clients meeting Janice for the first time in these situations immediately sense that she is a person they can trust to find the best solution for their unique needs.

Janice is a fourth generation Washingtonian and has spent her entire life in Montgomery County, MD where she met her husband of 33 years and raised three daughters. Initially, she worked in Diabetes research at NIH.  In order to be closer to her three daughters, she switched to working full time at the local church school to help administer the homeschool program supporting 200 families and 500 students.  Next she managed the school’s computer lab with 30 workstations and taught MS Office skills.  During this time, she was Board President for the local home owner’s association (HOA) involving 500 homes and a $250,000 annual budget.

While leading the HOA, Janice discovered her passion for helping people resolve their real estate related problems.  People quickly came to trust and respect her leadership. Once her daughters finished high school, Janice began working full time at Llewellyen Relators as Relocation Director.  When Llewellyen was purchased by Long and Foster Realtors, Janice became a fully licensed Realtor for both MD and DC. After five years in real estate, Janice continues to thrive in fulfilling her passion to build friendships and be a trusted resource in many life- long relationships.

Ben Young

Ben and Janice Young have been married 33 years and raised 3 daughters in Montgomery County, MD. Janice is a Realtor with Long and Foster Realtors holding licenses in both MD and DC.  While working with her real estate clients Janice saw many homeowners under stress from urgent situations such as delinquency on mortgage payments, pre-foreclosure, need for extensive repairs, etc. where typical retail solutions were not adequate.  Instead, these homeowners often needed all cash offers from investors that could quickly resolve their stressful situation and enable them to move on with their lives.

Frequently these properties needed considerable updating and/or repair before being resold in stellar condition in the marketplace.  To be able offer a service to her distressed clients Janice and Ben joined a nationwide group of investors with considerable success in serving distressed home owners.  Over the last three years, they have taken 38 man days of training with this group.  This training and their related extensive professional experience is the basis of their company Triple-R Property Solutions, LLC a residential redevelopment company whose mission is restoring communities, one house at a time.

Ben works full time with Janice and provides the operational support for Triple-R Property Solutions which includes financial management as well as project management.  Ben holds an MBA in business management.  He also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 30 years of experience in managing complex projects including the renovation of distressed residential properties.  Ben says there is considerable satisfaction in helping buyers and sellers by providing a top quality product that adds value to all the home owners in the community.

Doug Pinckney

Triple-R Property Solutions is a family owned and operated business.  Doug, our son-in-law, is the newest addition to Triple-R Property Solutions LLC filling the roll of Project Engineer. Doug consults on an as needed basis for properties requiring structural repairs such as cracked foundations and movement of supporting walls. Doug holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and works full time for a local Civil Engineering firm in Laurel, MD.  Doug is a Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the state of Maryland.  He shares the family’s/team’s enthusiasm for providing a quality product to redeveloping neighborhoods.
